Our mission is to transform lives and promote good governance.
Our mission is to transform lives and promote good governance.
Heartfelt Philanthropy Network is a UK registered non-profit organisation with a mission to transform lives and promote good governance.
Our vision is to cultivate a culture of philanthropy and empower disadvantaged communities.
We support philanthropists by providing guidance, identifying charitable causes on which to focus and support.
We connect philanthropists to like-minded individuals and non-profit organisations.
We also provide bespoke philanthropy and family office services, capacity building and manage funds on behalf of philanthropists.
We improve the welfare of children, young people and families in disadvantaged communities.
We support community empowerment projects in Ghana and UK.
Launched in partnership with New Life Academy in 2021, our A.C.E. (Achieving Community Empowerment) Project supports children, young people and families in disadvantaged communities. Through our A.C.E. project, young people and their families are able to access educational programmes and acquire vital skills.
Our A.C.E. (Achieving Community Empowerment) project is targeted at supporting disadvantaged communities and specifically addressing the needs and priorities of people living in areas where poverty and deprivation has worsened.
One in three children live in poverty in Enfield borough. Our A.C.E. project is a response to the needs in the community. The educational programmes delivered through our partner, New Life Academy contribute towards reversing education, skills and training regression as well as alleviate food poverty amongst children/young people and their families.
Thank you for your support, you are helping us transform lives one child and community at a time!
Our education programme commenced in 2019 with the provision of desks at Street Kids Academy - a free school for children aged 4 to 16 in Accra. We continue to provide free literacy and numeracy education to enable disadvantaged children acquire basic skills required to enroll in mainstream fee paying primary school or learn vocational skills. Street Academy graduates receive scholarships as part of their transition to mainstream primary school.
Our Big Lunch initiative provides healthy school meals to more than 60 children..
Did you know it costs less than £1 to provide a healthy school meal for a child in Ghana? With your support, we hope to fund the annual cost of free school meals and provide educational resources including school bags, desks, books and free tuition for 100 disadvantaged children.
We believe that good primary education will give the children we support a way out of poverty and increase their chances of social mobility.
DJ Zel (Miss Zelda Nana Yaa Manteaw) is a multi-award-winning DJ, Entrepreneur and philanthropist. At the age of 10, she was the youngest Radio DJ in the UK, Youth Resident DJ and Ambassador at OluOlu Foods. She also hosted non-stop music on GN Radio UK.
Ahead of DJ Zel's 11th birthday in 2021, we launched her 11 for 11 campaign and raised £7,667 to tackle food and education poverty in Newham and some of the poorest communities in the UK and Ghana.
The campaign has supported Ambition, Aspire, Achieve and Sphere Support CIC in Newham.
In summer 2024, DJ Zel performed for more than 200 disadvantaged children in Ghana and donated education materials to two schools in Accra and Saltpond in Ghana.
We are grateful to our generous donors including OluOlu Foods, viewers of BBC London news, ITV London News and Sky News FYI as well as our friends and supporters.
